It was time to add a few more calories to the tea.
But I needed to add ice.
It’s no secret that the biggest reason I drink ice tea is to help keep my stomach moving.
Ice tea is also a delicious beverage for those who have celiac disease.
And I wanted to add an extra boost of vitamins and minerals to this ice-free tea.
I made a few changes to my recipe.
The first was to replace the honey with a little sugar.
Instead of the regular honey, I added a little bit of maple syrup.
The next step was to add the ice.
When you combine ice and water, it gives the water a soft consistency.
I also added some cinnamon and ground cloves to make it a little more sweet.
Then I added some water to make the ice cream go further.
To make the Ice Cream, I started by adding the honey to a blender.
After the honey is blended, the mixture will be about 1 cup of ice.
Add some ice cream to it and mix it until it becomes thick and smooth.
I add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend it again until it forms ice cream.
Once it’s finished, pour it into a piping bag.
The recipe uses only honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, and ground garlic.
