Read more about the health benefits of bone apple tea:The Best Thing About This Recipe:The Ingredients:You’ll Need: 5 tablespoons of water (not distilled, but enough to cover all of your ingredients)5-6 dried apples (or other dried fruit)1 cup of dried lavender buds1 cup fresh lavender flowers1/2 cup freshly ground black pepper (I used black pepper)2 teaspoons of baking powder (I use baking soda)1/4 teaspoon of dried turmeric1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon1/3 cup of ground ginger (I prefer ginger powder)2 cups of chopped peppercorns1 cup dried rosemary (or 1-1/5 cups of dried rose, but you can use rosemary leaves as well)1 teaspoon of lemon juice2 cups crushed red pepper flakes (or any pepper you prefer)Directions: Mix the water, apples, lavender, dried lavend, black pepper, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add the spices and baking soda.
Add lemon juice, rosemary, and cloves.
Add the dried lavends, spices, and rosemary to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour the tea into your favorite teapot.
It will last for about 2 weeks, so plan accordingly.
